This here is my 6th attempt at it. However I've been able to do straddle planche to handstand up and down and straddle planche pushups a long time this is actually only the 2nd straight planche I've ever done Man I think the strain really flared up a tendon in my elbow I need to do something about it! May be a while before I train these movemants. I think I'll work on crazee abs 1 arm handstands and getting the splits finally while my foot and elbow heal check the crazee new vid in 30 min.
try n do a handstand pushup but instead of going back up keep your head close to the floor and then your stomach then your legs then your feet like roll into it your proper making it harder for yourself tis good tho im gunna post a video of me soon as ive kinda got loads better since my last vid
