Most religious books are full of peaceful lifestyles. But some examples are just nonstop hate, and the leaders of many religions and churches are simply not peaceful people. It's like that with any group, i think it seems particularly problematic when someone says "do as I say, not as I do." But in reality, the changes that an embryo goes thru is not clearly delineated. The "phases" are simply descriptions, and theres no obvious signs that show one phase from another. If you look at an embryo on day 31, it's not much different than on day 32. But day 31 is different than day 41. But 41 and 42 are nearly the same. So your pretend book is- again -wrong.

Does the koran mention which of the 6 quarks is most abundant in us?
Koran says we're made of water! That's as arbitrary as saying we're mostly Oxygen! By mass we're 60%, or by atomic percent it's 25%. We are 99% O, C, H, N, Ca, & P. (Water is made of O and H). Skyscrapers are more than 85% air. Is a skyscraper made of air? You cant have it both ways, calling a person "made of water" and a building "made of steel, glass and concrete."

Most religious books are full of peaceful lifestyles. But some examples are just nonstop hate, and the leaders of many religions and churches are simply not peaceful people. It's like that with any group, i think it seems particularly problematic when someone says "do as I say, not as I do." That's what happens to religions a lot of times- the bad eggs (al quaeda) spoil the whole bunch.
It makes religion into a monster, to me, that I choose to do without.

to be clear i am not in favor nor do object to either one of those mass organized religions.
I do know however that, the endeavors and effects of both are bloodier than any other malefactor in all of recorded history.
no doubt that there is hatred and violence to be found in the hearts of many islamic people, but as i said that is in the people, and the leaders of the people, not the books of the religion. and you would do well to accept that the same is true of christianity

look at the history of christianity, and the history of islam, and you will see that they both are covered in blood, they both are responsible for war after war, they both have bred hatred, and spite amongst the peoples of the world, they both have been and are still, used as tools of manipulation and control.
and none of this is at fault of the religions themselves, it is the hearts of men that is quick to temper, it is the people who are to blame, and usually the ones at the top

I believe that god/allah wishes for people to come to him in loyalty and obedience by way of free will, that is where the true heart of worship lyes.
to worship god because of peer pressure or fear of death is not what it means to truly worship.
do you want a bride that is fearfully at your side because she has been forced to be?
or do you want a bride who honers and loves you openly and freely?
