Whenever i see people that cosplay as death note characters or anything about death note cosplay, it sorta tickles my tummy cos for my first anime convention i cosplayed as L and wouldve had the greatest time if BB stayed in cosplay and character :/ but it was still so much fun
DAYUM!!! YOU HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE!!! THERE WAS ONLY 3 AT MY THEATER! AND THEY WERE ME AND MY 2 FRIENDS! We were expecting a lot more people to come and for there to be more cosplayers. But oh well, we we were still as hardcore as ever. Kudos to you!

I didn't, but then I was too busy being in awe of the fact that I was actually cosplaying. With a group. In public. And it wasn't Halloween. (and hiding from Josh as Ryuk--he was CREEPY!) And if you want pics, I want to seeeee!! lol
They're on my phone,lol. They were just the pics with you, L, and running around in a circle. Ryuk standing over you laughing. And some others :p. And I think Ryuk was awsome! Definitely not a stiff like some others. He was nice~ lol
When I went to see last name no one dressed up! It was sad, but the movie made up for it.
Question: What do you need to do to get L's hair like that? I'm going as L for Halloween this year (except I'm a bit husky due to not using my brain when I eat sweets.)
Wow you guys did great. I went to the movie both days sadly. First time I just went as an L fangirl, second as Misa. I wish I had gone in a big group =/
But those are great cosplays =D. Ha I loved the ending so much xD
Glad you liked! I did variations on the potato chip line ALL NIGHT--anytime I ate something. "I'll take a french fry...and EAT IT!" "I'll take a chicken strip...and EAT IT!" "I'll take a pocky stick...and EAT IT!" "I'll take a cookie...and EAT IT!" "I'll take a sugar cube...and EAT IT!" (the last was L's fault, lol). Finally, at the end of the night, I did the line with a real potato chip...but the computer ate the video of it (plus I had forgotten to take my glasses off.).
So glad you liked!! yeah, the funny thing is that L, Light (me), Near, and Mello were ALL GIRLS. So the yaoi pics we took (nothing big, sorry, just a kiss and a hand-hold) were yaoi and yuri at the same time =P
And while I agree Ryuk was amazing, I didn't quite feel that way when he'd sneak up behind me in the dark theatre and do that laugh--I think I about fell out of my chair a few times. XP

I have no idea how Teresa got the wig to defy gravity like that--she's been cosplaying L longer than I've known her, so...
I'm pretty sure that there's lots of hairspray involved though.
