No. Its not possible to use any custom weapons from Gmod in the original HL2, because these guns are coded using LUA, and LUA was specifically created for Gmod.

I wouldn't say any, because I've used the counter-strike: source weapons in HL2 maps played on Gmod.

But your not playing the original HL2 then, your playing Gmod. The original HL2 is the one where you press "Half-Live 2" in the Steam games list.
