if you think you can only see 29 fps try running a game at that then getting it to go to 60 and if you don't notice a difference you need to see an eye doctor.

@ThePurcy my Far cry 2 runs over 30 fps, at about 40-50, but i don't notice the difference between 40-50 and 60, cod for example runs at 60-80 and i don't notice the difference with far cry 2, anyway my games are all maxed out and i enjoy all of them

I think well, the framerate will probably be about 30-40 on medium-high settings and on a resolution of 1680x1050.

@rooo1o Your eyes can't see the difference between 50 fps and 60 fps, it's too fast. if it goes below 30 fps it will annoy you.

it's true, but 30 fps isn't bad, however you can change the graphic card or reduce the settings. However for 30 fps is ok, becouse you don't notice anything. But there are a lot of graphic cards like the 5800 series.

The human eye can detect up to i think 29fps. Anything higher is undetectable. Even 27fps is hard to notice.

well hd4770 is like 4850 which can also handle far cry 2 since its kick-ass engine. but u also need a good cpu which can handle the card, i also thought about buying it but 2.5ghz dual-core is way to slow.

It's not true, my cpu is an athlon x2 2.70 gigahertz for core, 4 gigas of ram and my 4770, windows 7, I can playwhatever game, on maximum settings and the problem that I can have with games very heavy like crysis or far cry is the antialiasing which I have to hold on 2.

so i can play everything on ultra high, just shadows on very high and resolution is 1200

no difference in this game between dx9 and 10

My settings are already ultra high and with antialiasing x2. Irecorded this video with the resolution of 1680x1050 but as this is too heavy, I reduced the quality and the resolution!

sadly, it was the palit 3850 super 512mb "DDR2" version, i was a little bummed out, but seeing as to i gamed at extremely low res (limited by my 15inch monitor) its not that big of a deal. though at 40 bucks its still a steal

fidati che è buona, io la utilizzo anche per crysis. La risoluzione pensa che è di circa 1680x1050 quando ho registrato con fraps etutto alle massime prestazioni. La scheda costa solo 100 euro.
