Mutulu was married to Tupac's mother once upon a time.. So Mutulu was Tupac's stepfather.. Also Mutulu is the father of Sekyiwa Shakur, Tupac's half sister, and Pac's half brother, Mopreme Shakur is the son of Mutulu Shakur.. Tupac mentions Assata Shakur in a song called ''Tears of a Clown''
