I'd rather work out for a shorter time with better results. I had been trying to cram a workout into my routine for years. Then I found this awesome program that alows me to work out less and the weight just FALLS OFF! It's crazy, people are shocked now when I tell them I have 2 kids... they don't give me that look that says....oh, that's why your fat...Anyone can do this. the first exercise shown is good, except, guys, right after u finish a set on the bench press, turn perpindicular with the bench, balanced on it and do those. works(stable urself with your hands) screw the 1 lb dumbell.
the only one i found i was able to do was the 1 leg up crunch.. all the others u need like a dumbell or medicine ball cept for the first one where i couldnt keep my balance.. =S
I have an important question. Is having more than one well-sized bowel movement (taking a dump)a day important for bodybuilding? Because everyone seems to be paranoid about a clean colon nowadays.
I have heard that you should have about 12 inches of poop a day...whether you let it all out at once or in 2-3 times to total out at 12 inches. It depends on your digestive system and your body though. also depends on how much food you eat each day and your size I think also. many factors must be considered. But yes it is very important to eat a lot of fiber rich foods and to keep your system clean, which will lower your body fat percentage nicely and help you to get abs too.

Well if you want a flat belly you have to keep working like 10 mins a day , every single day to get those nice abs. If crunches dont work for you try other ab workouts. type into google "ab workouts for a flat stomach" i'm pretty sure there will be many choices :)
Actually, a flat belly is simply devoid of body fat. Increasing muscular strength and size of the abdominals will help burn extra calories, but all you have to do to get a six pack is eat less, period. There is no such thing as "spot training" body parts.
crunches is no good i have experienced ive hurt my back i stoped but until not its still hurts i think it wouldnt go away,i regret that ive done crunches it doesnt make my belly flatten
