I was putting a powerpoint together for a class against Drunk Driving, one of our officers was going to give at a high school just before their prom. I came across it after searching videos to show. It was so very sad but really makes young people think. I hope its ok to share this video in an attempt to stop kids from drinking and driving. This video was so well done Maybe, just maybe, it can help prevent this kind of tragedy from happening again. My heart goes out to the two families.
so sad, my family and i lost 2 sisters to DWI also, it was very hard because we're a very close family, my little sisters were coming home from a state bball game in new mexico, and a dwi driver who had 5 previous dwi's, ran into my parents and sisters from behind while at a stop light, full speed. Both athletes and NHS members and 4.0 girls, one was gonna turn 20 in 2 days, the youngest was graduating in a couple months. PLEASE STOP DRINKING AND DRIVING!!

I live in Northern NY and although this happened down in Long Island, we never heard about it up this way. I was so moved by Jennifer and Neil's strength. I have 2 children and I can't even begin to comprehend losing either one of them especially in this way.

I read this story recently in a booklet from the library on drunk driving. I wish I could bring Katie back for them - it's so unfair - what a terrible thing to happen. I can't stop crying for Jennifer and her family. God Bless her and reunite them all happily together in a Heaven one day.

Just to see the pics of the limo and the pickup are just so heart breaking because of the force of the impact which killed Katie and Stan is just to unbearable to handle especially how Katie died, i just can't believe the negligence of the driver who was DUI and going too fast. Stan didn't have the time to move the limo in time to try to avoid the accident. its too sad.
