Armor is from Black Luster weapon & armor mod (list is in description). Race is Wood Elf and sword is normal glass sword with my own enchantment.

It's on the floor with the note and it's very easy to find because there is green glow, but you can probably miss it if you use nighteye or light.

Once i got this house and cleaned the room .I took all the skeletons and bones and pu them in one single place...then i left and when i came back i realised that the skeletons and bones were returned to the original place in the room soo i was something like "sigh.i can't move them" and then i realised that the skeletons and bones were still where i placed them and that there were other bones and skeletons....then i realised im fucked...

if anyone is having trouble with this quest please just buy a silver longsord im level 7 and i killed this guy in about 3 seconds (litrely) (just hit him about 3 times)(this sword also works on the ghosts)!

Lich is leveled, but quite hard on low levels. It has 25% weakness to fire, so use fire damage and make (or buy) health potions to help you.

Go to the inn north of the imperial city, there will be 2 archers in glass and 1 in orcish or daedric. :D

I'm not sure, but I think these ghosts are leveled, and I was on level 51. Difficulty setting affects of course too.

I was master of alchemy (using master equipments too), blade and destruction. I made quite strong potions of restore magicka and health, and strong spells.
