I hear the excuses of 'it's her natural weight now she's exercising again' but from her now gaunt facial features I find that hard to believe. But until straight men no longer think it is their place to tell women how their bodies should look - whether skinny, natural, sexy, round, or otherwise - we will still have this problem of body image. Every individual should decide how his/her OWN body should look and feel, both men and women, and focus on being healthy, which is universal.

Crystal Renn was such an inspiration to me and a role model. She isnt even considered "plus size" in the fashion industry anymore. She is back to being a straight size model again...she's super skinny and gaunt and unhealthy looking. She's such a liar and a betrayer to all of the girls she encouraged to love their curves, because she herself has fallen back into the skinny trap.

I've read an interview with him where he talks about how he feels a kinship with them and has fought for them because in middle school, it was he and the chubby girls who were picked on by the jocks and the cheerleaders. and the idea that a "fully-formed woman" has "erotic power" over all men is ridiculous; men have varied tastes.

I think plus-size model is so insulting and misleading, 'cause all plussize models aren't even big. They look like what a normal woman should look like. Problem is that not all women have such nice curves (including me) and can't afford to gain weight. Although I think,she still eats and monitors what she eats and exercises rourinely.
