little tip: if you have done the one quest where you get the barrelchest anchor you got a prayer book that uses prayer and can cure poison, it would be better to use this imo, although idk if it has a limit.

I would switch out a spec weapon for enhanced excalibur to heal you should your health start to fall if bunyip isn't doing enough. no point in spec weapons if you can potentially 2 hit a armored zombie anyway

If you use a two-handed special attack weapon, you may consider bringing full void + dragon defender, considering the whole void effect would be wasted when you un-equip your void deflector to perform a Dragon Claws/AGS special. What do you think?

@MootjeR the rapier says 10 hours but its in game ticks and neither training method has that high of a attack rate so it lasts around 20-30 real hours

On monkeys u shouldn't use dharoks- there's a easyer method- get a full inv of antipoisin(a emergency tele may help- if u want u can take super potions) have proselyte armour, a weapon(depending on what u want to train) and protect melee- if u run out of prayer use the altar

ive heard that monkey zombies, the green ones down the ladder at monkey guards give really good exp since they are undead if you have pretty high prayer so you dont have to go back up for the altar much

@asskicker1346 I don't think bringing Prayer Potions will make a big difference in the exp gained. The altar is only 5 sec away and you would waste inventory space with Prayer Renewal. (They are quite expensive too.)

However, they could be useful if you really want to be afk while training.

Personally I find that Dragon defender + full void is better than void + deflector and barrows gloves.

My reason - assuming you're using Rapier, Gloves are +12 stab and +12 Strength, yet defender = +25 stab and +6 Strength.

Personally I'd take the extra +13 Stab from Defender over the +6 Strength from Gloves, this is not including Goliath gloves, because recharging is a hassle when "afk training".
