F your mom, in case you missed that whisle.

  • interesting

  • I love going to the mercado...the spices, fruits, ingredients, etc...they are so fresh! I love mole...it's my favorite food!

  • Mole is definatley an acuired taste but it is very good with nicely toasted corn tortillas

  • the moley and the juitlacotche look like they have amazing taste

  • yes, they do taste amazing. Huitlacoche feels like mushrooms but taste like truffles, just like the lady says. The mole is harder to classify because its made differently depending on where in Mexico you eat it. Usually, the southern part cooks it more mildly and balanced. And Northern Mexico cooks it spicier. In Boston, there's a new Mexican restaurant that cooks pre-colonial food the way Mexican people do originally.

  • What's the name of the restaurant I live in Connecticut, takes me bout an hour or 1 1/2 to get to Boston.Maybe less.

  • I love shows like this, and its great that he went to mexico since thats my heritage and show some of that culture.
