I had no idea that Patton did a "Sittin On Top of the World" style tune, that's awesome. Whenever I'm looking for a blues song, I always check your list first. You have everything! This makes sense that Patton recorded this though, as I believe he was once in a string band with the Chatmons, if memory serves me correctly. Great stuff anyways!

Great to hear this. I remember hearing a bluegrass version of "Sittin On Top Of the World" years ago- the Louvin Brothers maybe..? and of course - Howlin Wolf's version as we all know! hehe! Patton had somethin that nobody else had. Magical stuff. 5 big ***** thanks!
