i know i hate that! i want to be able to do it too. its really something you have to learn on your own. my guitar teacher says to take a metronome, put it on a fairly slow tempo and put it on sixteenth notes. just pick away and increase the speed till you get to a fast enough speed and you'll have it. try it and see.
