Yes, he does. Bullets brother, Louis, is a Vietnam Vet and at the end of the movie after Tank (Pac) kills Bullet, he is alone down a dark alley and Louis absails down a building and slashes Tank's throat from ear to ear and says, "Paybacks a motherfucker" and lets Bullets pet rat loose on his dead body. In a strange case of irony, the end song is Jay Z In My Lifetime and Pac hated Jay Z.
