Sims 3 Relationships Tutorial

I need a bit of help here ASAP! I have this girl I made and she got married to a guy but he kept disappearing/moving out, so I guess it was a glitch, so I killed him. Now she still has under relationship status a white heart with a red X under it. I have NO CLUE what the hell that means. I can't seem to get her to go with this other guy who always has the option "break up with Isaac." What the hell is going on?

play for tips is way eaiser in late night all you do is get a sim to a high level in any instrument then go to map view and click on any subway station and click paly for tips you will rapidly recieve money for doing this

There are absolutely no tutorials on how to get married on ps3. I think you have to know everything about them before you can propose, but their romantic relation bar is all the way up and I know 4/5 traits. If I'm wrong someone please tell me. (oh yeah she's my boss and I already bought all the baby stuff)

Step 1. Create a Sim

Step 2. Create another sim/Invite a sim over.

Step 3. Sit on a sofa with the other sim.

Step 4. Get them to cuddle on sofa (this works even with aquaintences!)

Step 5. Get them to kiss

Volla! You have a romantic interest!

oh its not quadrupal the speed, it actually is the same as triple the speed but stops when your current action is done : P

The 4th speed is quadrupole speed it is speed 3 but it is different cause in speed 3 it speeds till you change the speed but on the 4th one it only speeds till your down with the action your doing!

no you actual have a skill called guitar like the skill creativity

No, just drag the guitar in your inventory, so the sim takes it with them when they go to the park.

You cannot build community buildings of that nature only parks and ponds. It's easy if you can follow simple instructions if not your doomed.

@iluvsux3 the sims 3 ambitions will take away all rabbit holes (You can not see Sims while they are inside one) and they are opening up all the places such as the hospital :) they are adding new places like junkyard, and tattoo parlor...i think.
