i can do full-on splits (both ways, side to side, front to back) on ground and to a degree can do them bettween two milk crates (incase i fall, its pretty low to the grounds) but thats just it, how do you keep your balance? my legs are strong too but its hard to balance myself.
I've been stretching for 7 months now and I'm nearly there! :) You have to stretch everyday for at least 5 minutes. Warm up your legs first then hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
Haha man i think youd need to be doing a lot more than 5 mins after a good years worth of stretching i can finally do that alhough tend to get an hours worth of streches in first!
@619fcbgio yah but you need a routine ...about 1 hour per day of stretching ...and you need to do exercises for all poses ...to have flexibility in all stances for all kind of kicking techniques..

@BurbonPL hehe 2 years its a lot of training sounds really hard, i been training for six months, i had 3 injuries on the same leg trying to do the splits, when i started i was 110, now im able to do 170 grades, but from this point something weird its going on, like a hip pain invades my femoral head well, stills im training everyday maybe someday i could do this
