I think it somehow got included in the huge bill they gave me. No, at this particular clinic it just comes standard with the surgery. It was pretty neat, the surgeon sat down with me and explained the whole procedure and gave me a play by play of everything thing on screen.

so what did you have to do to get the video of your surgery this is pretty sweet
