@xFlameWizardx it is simple.. but in a complicated way... just like exhaling... when u sing.. u will feal it coming from your throat.... which means.. ur vocals vibrate. its actually gud to hear when it happens perfectly mostly people who can do high tones.. and when in high notes.. people try to stiff their neck and jaw or their throat to maintain that high tone without getting off-tone... but it sounds like a dolphin! when reachin high... use the diaphram..

The "shout" means like a girl shouting like hell after saw something with that sound like "aaaaaa" and not "ahhh" right? well those shout usually reached up to the highest note.i think i understand.u mean its like when Taeyeon pull her voice as always(like the sound that is covering our breath and avoid the sound of breath cracking)? If not, google the term and getting good breathing technique down. NOW, lets try using AH. No, I don't want you to sing specific notes, I just want you to sigh on the AH vowel..

Try it again and use this alliteration. Think of bringing all your energy to the bottom of your gut (now this doesn't work for all problems, just for those who have placement problems in the head). Think openess all over the body. Sing on the vowel ah, with slightly fast movement through the scales. Keep thinking "bottom of your gut". Pretend all that air is going down into your gut while you sing, instead of up into your face. When you feel yourself getting nasal, think of placing that nasal energy into a different place, and if you think of the abdomen area, the sound will sound full instead of nasal.

If you focus your resonance away from your face, the unpleasant nasal quality will disappear.
