Instead of straight 2's or ones you can shoot on thirds: meaning you go 1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2 etc. Try to overlap the limbs: your left arm and leg are hitting the ground on the same frame, resulting in something that is a bit mechanical. Separate the contact for either one by about 4 frames and you'll get closer to something more naturalistic. You also need to work some recoil or up and down into the shoulders and head, refer to the survival kit if you have it. Great job on volume control! Keep it up!
