The girls are always the hardest to dub over b/c Japanese girls in anime do talk much faster and have higher pitched voices (unless it's "the sexy one"), so it's tough to stay true to. The only voice actress I've ever seen who did just as good of or better than the original Japanese was Jessica Calvello (Cutey Honey, Excel, Dirty Pair, etc), and she lost her damn voice for like a year b/c of it, lol.
