It does not have Sheeva because they are showing part of the "mercenaries" mode, when you play alone it sort of opens up different arenas, as well as shows stuff that is not in the game

To be fair, the new enemies are a lot more challenging then in previous iterations of the franchise. The old zombies worked well with the tank like control scheme, but it was time to evolve to next generation expectations.

The game is not impossible to play! Third person shooters are a lot easier to handle with a controller then FPS. I don't care what excuses any of you come up with...FPS should only be played with a high DPS true laser mouse and a decent gaming keyboard.
