  • Will doing doubles slow down your mass growth? What is the purpose of doubles? I would imagine it makes you lose more body fat %? I'm looking to get drop down two more % to get to 8-9% to show my abs more. I barely started phase 2 this week, do you recommend starting doubles?

  • Doubles won't slow your muscle growth as long as you eat enough to keep them charged. A good variety of protein intake is key.

    I went from about 12% to 9% with my first round of regular classics on round 1. Round 2 I want to get to 6-7% but still focused on mass.

    Doubles will help build your cardiovascular system and increase your metabolic rate to more effectively burn calories.

  • Your food intake is most important to your overall results. Think of your body as a car - Give it clean high octane and it will run smoother and faster.

  • My biceps have come a long way since last December! It's crazy, can't wait to see how much more muscle I gain in the next two phases.

    I've gained about 1.5-2" (Flexed) on my arms alone so far.

  • Here are a couple Options that I get on occasion

    Grilled Chicken Breast

    Lettuce-Tom-Pick-Onions

    Wheat Bun

    Add Mustard or Spicy Mustard

    Blackened Chicken

    No Chip Mayo

    Wheat Bun

    Add Mustard or Spicy Mustard

    ...

  • Ensenada Chicken

    No Lime Ranch

    No Cheese or Tort Strips on Salad

    Balsamic Dressing

    Ask for a Wheat bun and make it a Sandwhich!

    In place of fries:

    Sub a salad with no tort strips

    Balsamic Dressing or Oil and Vin

    Or Sub Steamed Brocc no butter!

    Water to Drink =)
