  • shut the fuck up chinese shit

  • @stamatopa it is japanese language in the background. u r rude.

  • @stamatopa opps, it is korean language....

  • @parermayla pardon moi,its all greek to me:)

  • nobody in the audience?

  • sooo cuute!!!

  • @JaimeUesuzu: he skated CLEAN in the most difficult element in figure skating! He sets the record to be the first and youngest to jump quad AND 4-3-3 in a program! Among many other records! He skated NOT JUST CLEAN, he skated the most difficult element in both SP and LP. Olympics is about pushing limits and setting records, he is the only one who can do that so he should get GOLD!

  • great even back then <3

  • wat een geouwehoer van de coments.

  • He was so adorably skinny!!!! =)

  • He is already an adorable little prodigy!

  • aww he was so cute!

  • .... Why is there is Canadian flag in the background LOL

  • @JaimeUesuzu He did perform better then all of them.

That is why no one (esp. figure skating fans) cannot shut up about it.

    It is just wrong... :(

but its all good, he'll always be THE standard for figure skating elite. :)

  • Not in this instance. You may have the opinion that he performed better and you may have been more entertained by him, but the fact of the matter is that e faltered. He wasn't his perfect self. He didn't skate a clean program.

  • We are talking about the same program? The 2010 olympics LP?

Its your opinion off course and you have the right to it, but if you have access to Yevgeni's LP without the (biased) NBC commentary you should watch it.

All his jumps and his transitions were clean, he did the same number of transitions as takahashi (sp?) and evan he additionally did the 4-3-3 combo... CLEAN.

He should have gotten 5 points more, its a disgrace for the sport that he did not.

  • I hate arguing about this, so I won't anymore... I watched it and made my own judements. I personally think he cold have done better. I'm a fan of Plushenko and I am just disappointed that he (and his hardcore fans) isn't (publicly) taking personal responsibility for the results. There's all this finger-pointing at the judges and the "new" scoring system (under which he won the gold in Torino and didn't complain about). I feel he was capable of something greater.

  • I agree there is no point in arguing because this situation is a prime example of "reality is a relative term."

I'll believe what I want to and you'll do the same. :)

Have a nice rest of the weekend.

  • As someone already mentioned, Plushenko is a true legend with 3 Olympic medals and counting. Lysacek will disapear and no one will remember him.

  • What a suprise, that the true fancier comes from USA....

  • He should have won the Gold this year.

  • @Serenity10000 I agree!!! Plushenko should have gotten gold!!! He is the true Olympic Champion!!!

  • @Serenity10000 ...i think he did...read the description genius

  • @Serenity10000 I agree!!

  • If Lysacek and 14 year old Evgeni were to compete, Evgeni would kick Lysacek's ass. What a fuking joke ISU and IOC have become. Evgeni is a 2-time Olympic gold medalist. The future will tell how undeserving Lysacek was of his gold.

  • lol The programm of 14 years old junior and Lysacek (OC 2010) have the same difficulties level. Haha. The only difference, Evgeni is more artistic even with 14. Haha

  • God - how annoying are these commentators!!! Shut the F up!

  • plushy was married for a year and has a kid from the woman...but now he's single again ^^ lolz

  • No, unfortunately he got remarried again.. September this year D:

  • he remarried again.

  • Triple Toe Loop sounds so funny at 1:10!!!

  • so cute!! T_T

  • ага бедЛи, ну ты и дура((

  • Gosh!the commetators are really annoying.....

LET US JUST WATCH THE SHOW!

  • A little zar is always a zar! :-)))

  • Spewing your worthless garbage even on a Plushenko thread. Do you ever give a rest you pathetic Kwan stalker.

  • LOL!! LMAO! who mentioned Kwan here but YOU? it looks like you're the one who's obssesed with her?? I mean first, this is a Plushenko's vid, second I never mentioned Kwan, and third as always i was just giving my opinion, on the other hand you mentioned Kwan, and of course insulted me for free speech. God! who's the pathetic one on this case? YOU! haha! and of course your nickname says it all, poor ignorant.

  • The only reason I mentioned Kwan fool was usually you reserve your stupidity to only Kwan. Bitching on her videos of any event she didnt win, bitching on the videos of any of her rivals who ever beat her. It was pathetic and pitiful, but atleast you reserved your retardness to one individual and anyone associated with her. Now you are spreadying your stupidity to others as well. Atleast keep your worthless crap related to Kwan from now on moronic sergioayala/sayalamar.

  • So fun to look back at this! He's so talented!

  • Wow, Junior Worlds in the years 1995, 1996 and 1997 produced champions out of Ilia Kulik, Alexei Yagudin and Evgeny Plushenko. All future Olympic champs!!

  • kitkat9288 : Not future olympic champs , Plushy and Alexei WERE already olympic champs! :D I could hardly wait for our Plushy to make a comeback next year!!

    <3

  • sorry...Yagudin became olimpic champions at Salt Lake 2002 and Plushenko at Torino 2006...something doesn't work in your post!

  • sorry? ahaha i don't get you. Imo.. i was saying that they already did become olympic champions.

  • I wish those annoying commentators would just shut the 'f' up :(

  • i loved him from the first time i saw his performance. magnificent!

  • he is so youg!but he's skating very well!!! that is talent!

  • 신장이 낮다고 얘기가 나와는데 ~~

    이 선수는 1997년에 15살도 안되서 아직 어른 안된거죠~~

    아나운서 너무 무식해

  • how cute!!

  • right but only in november of 1982, so he was 14;)

  • And 9 years later win 1st place in Turín 2006......AMAZING!!!

  • Ah, Ive never seen this, thanks! =)

He was what, 14, 15 at the time? And obviuosly already very good though he greatly improved his speed

  • He was 14. :)))

  • Not 15? He was born in 1982, right?

  • Right. But his birthday is in November, while the event took place in spring, as far as a can remember.

  • Ah, thank you =D
