The first verse sounds like a camp song I know, about a Buffalo finding his brother lying on the ground, dead. This seems to fit since the other verses are about death. Mabey the song is based on an actual story, and so are the other verses? All I know is that "Ethan Frome" is an actual book.

The only physical copies made were for Regina's early shows. I don't know the exact number but I think a few hundred, a physical copy is really that rare. I bet those people who have one aren't thinking of eBaying it anytime soon!
