@showdownrocks David Belle himself had said before, Parkour is just a philosophy which helps people to overcome obstacles and get to their desired destination in a shortest time possible. Whereas free running is used to expand runners' creativity, which includes tricking etc. they do not get to their desired destination within the shortest time possible. So this video includes BOTH free running as well as parkour.
