@ThomasJones221 Actually a mid-ranged GPU can run it on high easily. They cost around 150-200 USD and since the console graphics are now capped, we won't see upgraded graphics until the next generation of consoles are released, earliest will be late 2013 maybe even 2014

One thing I noticed when I went from PS3 to XBOX 360 is that I was doing better on my friends XBOX than my PS3, then I realized that it wasn't that I was doing better it was that I WAS better than the XBOX 360 players. It wasn't even that I was better I just knew where to place the forward re-spawns and, well, what to do when you take objectives A and B.

I'd been playing Gears of War 3 constantly prior to this and I wasn't used to the controls and format of an FPS, so it took a while to get back into it. The stuff that I recorded after the Beta dropped was much better, but I didn't see the point of getting it up because everybody was already posting. @FocusIsPro that pussy with the sniper did contribute seeing as he was on defense and to win on defense all you do is kill people. i would say he was successfull and he got 24 kills second most on his team. so for defense he obviously contributed a ton.

Everybody does know that the beta is using the engine of BF 1949.... right??cause this whole game is to big to download if it was using the new engine. This is what i have heard for xbox. That is why there isnt a lot of distructions and no vehicles.
Pros: The maps are beautiful and the graphics go beyond what I would expect for 2011. Everything feels very real in terms of the pace, terrain, sounds, and strategy. The weapons are simply awesome. Cons: There were some glitches i would expect would be fixed. Its a campers delight so expect to not know where your being shot from. The mini map sucks.
IF you want top notch game play then you want COD but if you want a very real authentic experience then you want BF3
I have a ps3 and it was really disappointing that it looks so laggy and the graphics suck for consoles but until the game is out will just have to see...

@Iplayrs8D ya, TDM is only a small part of the map. And its not 64 players. But conquest on PC will use the whole map. Check out some of the caspian border gameplay from the beta to get a sense of hot big the maps really are.
@MegaMark0000 nope not at all. Operation metro's map has more doesnt really feel like bad company to me. Caspain border on the other hand does have a battlefield feel to it. With its huge openness and actually having vehicles makes me miss the franchise. i wasnt saying the jets make me think of bfbc2

i was excited for this... but after playing the beta i noticed things like being able to see through walls or the ground. and getting shot doesnt send off vibration. enemies dont have blood. framerate was bad. i slided UPSTAIRS. things just didnt feel right. Reach didnt have these many problems during the beta

From firs moments of video, i assume xbox have better graphics than ps3 , because i always fell under textures near first armed station
I must say god if more players would play like you. 95 percent of them just run around, no tactical or teamplay whatsoever, and their scream is ear-tearing.

Everybody does know that the beta is using the engine of BF 1949.... right??cause this whole game is to big to download if it was using the new engine. This is what i have heard for xbox. That is why there isnt a lot of distructions and no vehicles.

Pros: The maps are beautiful and the graphics go beyond what I would expect for 2011. Everything feels very real in terms of the pace, terrain, sounds, and strategy. The weapons are simply awesome. Cons: There were some glitches i would expect would be fixed. Its a campers delight so expect to not know where your being shot from. The mini map sucks.
IF you want top notch game play then you want COD but if you want a very real authentic experience then you want BF3

@Iplayrs8D ya, TDM is only a small part of the map. And its not 64 players. But conquest on PC will use the whole map. Check out some of the caspian border gameplay from the beta to get a sense of hot big the maps really are.

@MegaMark0000 nope not at all. Operation metro's map has more doesnt really feel like bad company to me. Caspain border on the other hand does have a battlefield feel to it. With its huge openness and actually having vehicles makes me miss the franchise. i wasnt saying the jets make me think of bfbc2

@Iplayrs8D o ok, sorry. But the BFBC2 maps were actually quite small compared to Battlefield 2. Caspian border is WAY bigger than anything in bad company 2. IMHO bad company was a step in the wrong direction for the series. Ill have t.o wait to see if BF3 goes back to the battlefield 2 style. Peace out and have fun :)

i was excited for this... but after playing the beta i noticed things like being able to see through walls or the ground. and getting shot doesnt send off vibration. enemies dont have blood. framerate was bad. i slided UPSTAIRS. things just didnt feel right. Reach didnt have these many problems during the beta
