Thats seriousley bad but it does show that are armed forces dont take this art seriousley, there is no set training, whenever you see this stuff its always in uniform bust, weres the kit when your in afghan an som1 graps u what u do then will your moves work with full CEFO on, i dont think these moves would shake a bloke from 3 para there that bad. Check CRAV MAGRA or NIJITSU For small arms c the best moves if any1s interested might save ur arse in a bar or on ops
