@lennyneroau - Great question! At times the America people can be their own worst enemy. Americans tend to vote for the mainstream candidates. which are usually heavily tied to special interest, so Statesman like Ron Paul and Kucinich have more difficulty because they are not tied to special interest and do not same level of exposure.
