You might want to check out the 0VIB Washer Stand as it really works at eliminating front load washing machine vibration problems. We no longer have vibration problems from our front load washing machine. Wish the manufacturers of washing machines would fix this problem, but they have not so we bought this washer stand solution.
I had good luck with Vibrafix pads. Those were also pretty inexpensive at $9.99 for a set of 4. Wtih any machine it's important to level it correctly, but with many first-floor laundries, even the best machine will vibrate. These pads about completely removed vibration transfer from our washer to the floor.
