  • Ur right on that buddy. One more question... That microphone where u talk from inside the truck, where did u get that?

  • I see... Any particular color going on it? And if i saw right, on the video were you have the ford still on stock tires but lifted, did u ever get that vibration fixed bcuz i too am having the same problem with my 96' F150.

  • @MrPowerstroke7

I am going to respray silver I think. I want black but its too hard to maintain. Yes I fixed the vibration, it was the driveline angles. I bought a digital magnetic level from canadian tire and was able to calculate the proper angles and shim the axle. It doesnt vibrate now. The problems of a short box reg cab eh. lol

  • Hey slimline u gunna make a part 2 to this video? Oh and how much was the wheel and tire package?

  • @MrPowerstroke7

Hopefully someday. I took the truck off the road to do body and paint and its been half completed for over a year :( Good news is I plan to build the 302 with intake, cam, heads and headers. I have a high pinion dana 44 waiting to be swapped in as well. The tires were about 300 a piece, the rims came with the truck when I bought it so I am not sure on the prices.

  • Man thats a nice sounding ford right there.

  • what gears were in this truck when this video was filmed

  • thats what fords do go in the ditch then drive out.

  • Yes!! Listen to that sound!!! It`s made of steel!

  • truck sounds fuckin awesome

  • i have a 93 f-150, 300 inline 6, 4 gear with 3.08 gears in the diffs, im running 38" super swampers, and it performs AWESOME!!!, also, on highway i am getting roughly 18-20 mpg

  • Being your truck is a 96 Do you still have to pass emissions test Did you punch out both cats or just the 2nd cat since theres 2

  • @AdventuresinUG only pussy have emissions

  • why stop for the stop sign when u can go around it

  • great truck, sounds amazing and you gotta love canadian winters eh

  • VVRRROOOMMM!!!!! ...can ya hear me now? lol

  • @1997FordProbeGT haha ya, i know someone that just got rid of his 99...they dented easily, got scratched and rusted, but they where good WORK trucks

  • @1997FordProbeGT are you on crack? theyve never really made a bad truck

  • i have a 1996 ford f150 too.and its as loud as that.i punched the cats out and everythang no muffler just a straight pipe from the cats.Keith

  • @57timk so you just punched the two cats and continued a single pipe with no muffler to the rear?

  • real nice truck, love the sound. Is she loud cruising at 60? I have a 1984 Ford F150 with a built 302 and a four speed, headers to glass packs true dual and she dont sound near as good as yours.

  • where do you live? near fort st john at all?

  • love the spond of that engine

  • auto or stick?

  • Sounds good man.

  • lol shut up bitch

  • Gotta say, sounds and looks amazing. Looks fun too!

  • haha everyone knows when your stuck in snow to just floor it till you dig into the frozen ground lol

  • gotta love fords and Canadian winters lol, i gotta a '90 f150 4x4 all stock it just plowed through 3-4 feet of snow GOTTA LOVE FORDS!!!

  • i have a 91 f150 with the 302 and 7 inches of lift with about 5 inches of pipe after the manifolds and everyone wants to ride in it or buy it from me

  • fucking amsome!

  • sweet i have a 92 F150 reg cab short bed with a 4in lift and 33x12.5 with a 5.0 5spd. it has 205,000 miles and still going strong. these trucks put the real meaning of built ford tough. every time it snows i always pull out Chevy's. i recommend these trucks very strongly

  • Them body styles are my favorite of the F150 from 92-96 my uncle had once bought it brand new and put 240,000 miles on it but just got rid of it their great trucks.

  • I am doing body and paint this year as it was in very rough shape but lockers will come in time dont worry. I was tempted to lincoln lock this ttb since i have a spare but i know that will result in catastrophe

  • @Slimline98 i was told lockers and winter is like suicide?

  • Any F150 that is pre-1997 and post 2005 is built ford tough. My buddy has a 94 regular cab and I just bought a 1996 extcab. I live in New Brunswick and playing in the snow with M/T tires is great fun, though stopping on ice isn't.

  • I'm so jealous we have had no snow in many parts of ontario grrr! I rushed to get my 95 ford f150 4x4 ready for snow and nothing. My family thought I was crazy lol checking the weather channel for snow everyday and your right they are strong trucks I love the look! Although my dream truck is a f250 powerstroke .

  • That truck is killer, nice job man.

  • ha ya wouldn't be a bad idea to invest in some lockers... but DAMNN that thing sounds good.. i'm a dodge man.. but i would drive that ford

  • hows the mpg

  • mega cool!

  • Where is this lol

  • Needs some lockers...

  • Man i miss that body style. that style and the 97-03? style is sickk.

  • sounds beautiful!!!!!!!!

  • I'm thinkin about buying one of those trucks. I love the way they look.

  • I have a 96 f150 with a 5.8L V8 (351), its an awesome truck and really fun in the snow, its definately a built ford tough and i wouldnt trade it for anything. Good video man

  • gota love a ford!!!

  • niceee truckk!

  • nice truck man. not a fan of straight piping tho. how do you like those tires in the snow? im building a 95 and im looking to get a good set of 35s to put on

  • sounds great man

  • I gots a 95 f-150. This thing has been almost totally redon by dad and me. Chassis rebuild, new core support, axel seals, some body work (not finished) and straight six with factory split manifold. Soon, a true dual exhaust is goin on that bad boy. Did I meniton that it is a rare, factory calpiso green? Ahahaha!

  • i think the guy with the camera should let the 302 do the talking

  • a 300/6 would spin any tire just as good as any stock 302, they have like 10 foot pounds less torque than a 302 but make it at a much lower rpm(like a diesel), in my experience i'd take my old f150 with a 300/6 over my f250 with a 351

  • 6=8 my friend.

  • gotta love 4wd!

  • That is the best sounding 302 ever!

  • do you have headers? and do you mean true duals as in a pipe coming off the manifold/header on each side and not connecting, or just a splitter coming off the cat and straight piped to the back?

  • Yeah it is true duals one pipe welded to each manifold running through a single cat on each side with no mufflers.

  • would an f150 with the 300 I-6 handle

    35s?

  • No... Not enough power...

  • oh, how does the 302 perform with 35s in mud?

  • Those straight sixes have lots of torque, with the proper gearing (4.56) I am sure it would spin 35's just fine.

  • i thought that it would, but before i spend the money on the tires i wanted to be sure.

  • @Slimline98 ya i have a 96 f150 with straight 6. 5.13 gears and it turns 37s pretty well

  • @Slimline98 he asked about the 302 not the 300. the 302 is the 5.0

  • hows that thing on mileage with the 35's?

  • Lol with stock gears I am not even breaking 10 mpg :( I am hoping to get about 13-14 once I regear it.

  • those tires seem like they do preety frigin good

  • I think Its Shovel Time!

*Floors it and gets out* Shutup bitch!

  • Those were my thoughts exactly :P

  • I use to have a 96 F150.

    I loved that thing.

    Cherry Bomb Extreme.

    302 Small Block V8

    Mud Buggers =]

  • Nice Truck! Sounds sweet! Do you have an auto or manual in it? I'm looking for one, but I want a standard trans.

  • Love the video, and the sound :D

  • very nice truck is it auto or stand?

  • nice. got the same thing but 2wd.302 only thing i hate is the mirror postion. but love the vent window.

  • Should invest in some mattracks

  • That's an awesome sounding truck!

  • Get some BFG A/T's and you;ll crawl righjt through that. I got them on my stock 96 4x4 and i coulda waled right through that.

  • Mickey Thompson MTZ's have a far more aggressive tread pattern then BFG a/t tires.

    /boggle

  • Where at in the Leaf country eh?

  • Southern Ontario :)

  • i tried goin through that shit with my 96 f150 with a 4.9 inline 6 with 2wd lol get the front in the snow then the end was up in the air lol

  • Badass Truck you got there!

  • Post a video of the Tracker doing that in the snow...lol

  • Lets see that Tacoma in there :P

  • That thing sounds like a beast :D

  • sounds nice what kinda exhaust system u running?

  • A friend of mine does custom exhaust, it is 2.5" pipe custom bent with no mufflers with a single exit on each side of the truck in front of the rear wheel. I have been debating putting a x-pipe muffler on it to balance it out.
