  • duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    awesome thanks

  • Its that Eb tuning???

  • great sound!!! what amp do you use??

  • "Who needs 100 notes song when u have this riff?" Very fuckin well said, sir! thats why im in fucking love with acdc

  • Instant sub...

  • can you tell me more about your gear? guitar model... amp? any pedals? ... awsome sound and cover

  • @Slash4evah Guitar is a Gibson SG Standard. Back then I had the stock pickups , but now I installed an Angus Young and a Classic '57.

I used Guitar Rig 4 as the amp (JUMP patch). Nice software. Sounds pretty good, I think.

I think I also may have used a kind of boost inside Guitar Rig.

  • Two guitars doing slightly different stuff with the same progression is always fat as hell isn't it! Gotta love the power in simplicity and AC/DC does it best! In their case "Simple Ain't Easy" as is so eloquently written on my my SD.net t-shirt! :)

  • @TheNonautomatoN 'Nuff said brother! "Simple Ain't Easy!" I'm part of the SD.net nation as well! :)

    Cheers!

  • @JPKblueser Haha I knew that! lol Pretty sure I saw a video of you and Fil jammin' on "All Right Now" a while back! :) Sounded great! Keep 'em comin' man!

  • very cool! Keep posting!

  • the last part of the main solo is not only a bend of 3 of 4 chords. It's a finger picking with a hammer on/pull off in the same time of the bend.Really hard to play.....

  • @firefight666 Oh dear.... Forgot to answer you! haha. I'm so sorry. I talked with a friend about it after I read your comment and we agreed it's finger picking on that part. :P

No pull offs, as far as we could hear though. It seems that Angus pulled off his pinky slightly giving it a little staccato feeling. So thanks for the info! :P

Either way, the lesson is "close enough", I think. So I'm excused, right? xD

    Rock on!

  • That is the coolest thing I saw in a while! Thanks!

  • LOL Sounds good!

  • Really good lesson!

  • @JPKblueser It's kinda hard to explain, but I'll try. I was listening to the song on my PlayStation3, and in the section you call Pre-Chorus, I hear Mal doing D,D,G,D,D,G then playing the rest of the Pre-Chorus riff (same for Ang's part). While in the lesson you play the D,D,G one then move on. It's not a big deal or anything, I was just wondering. I'm told I'm "anal" or "picky" so I appologize.

  • @acdcguy18 As far as I know I think you play G, G, D once. :P

Unless I didn't understand your explanation well.

Anyway, just play what you think is right. Cheers!

  • eres el mejor, siempre atentos a nuevos videos tuyos, se agradecen muchisimo

  • @franciscojms93 Gracias! :)

  • Great lesson. Did you purposely not play the first three chords of the pre-chorus twice, or am I hearing things? I swear I hear it twice on record.

  • @acdcguy18 Sorry? I didn't understand your question really well. Could you explain a little better? :)

  • @JPKblueser duuuuuuuuuue can ya do hells bells?

  • @ElweedBongRip420 it's on Dailymotion. Couldn't upload it here. Link for my other channel there is on my YouTube channel

  • thank you, great lesson man

  • @flyercoach01 No problem! :)

  • yeeeaaah :D no correction : YEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! THIS ROCKS ;Di'm playing this thx to you and i'm friggin going through the roof

    of

  • @stampjupen1 You are welcome! :D

    Let's Get It Up! xD

  • PERFECTO!!! I PREFER TO CHOOSE YOUR LESSONS THEN GUITAR PRO!!! I WISH YOU GIVE US SOME ACDC NEW MATERIALS AGAIN, I WAIT IT MR PRO!!!

  • @oneeesnesnes I will :)

  • angus gives this lesson to him, and then he gives angus's lesson to us

  • Hey Nice Lesson. Did you come up with the tab yourself if not where did you get the tab from

  • @GuitarMan5271 I learned by ear and wrote the tab on Office Word. :P

I still have to update my website with the new tabs though (link on my channel). You can find my tabs on printable format there :)

  • i remember that i ask you about this song some long ago, before that happened with your account JaiminhoPagina. Well, i've been waiting since that time, and..

, i have to say: THANKS A LOT BUDY!!!!

is the best lesson that i've ever seen it

  • Thanks! :)

  • Now still the drums and the bass and then you have the best cover version of girls got rhythm.. Very Nice playing

  • @tedjetheetuit400 Thanks! :)

The version with backing is on Dailymotion :)

  • hey man you have the best lesson on both youtbe and on dailymotion... could you please do a lesson on riff raf? thanks man you are awesome

  • @ledzeppacdchendrix OK. I'll see what I can do :)

  • @JPKblueser Oh, about the E string thing I see what you mean. I thought exactly what you said but didn't know what my uncle meant. And about the AC/DC songs difficulties I should have used a more accurate word lol I just can't tell which frets are for the 1st Dog Eat Dog solo and how to do the second (ending solo) which i can hear better on tge luve veraion. Thanks and keep on rockin'.

  • @TheUgumugu Too many songs!!! O.o

    XD - lol - kidding.

I've got 2 versions of The Jack on Dailymotion, if it interests you.

Anyway... I'll see what I can do about these other ones :)

Time is a bit short, you know?

  • @TheUgumugu I agree with you, those songs are excellent. I just love every AC/DC song so it doesn't which one really but I'm not that good with solos so I'd like to learn the more easy AC/DC songs. Whooooi! There's Gonna be Some Rockin'.......

  • @acdcguy18 "Easy" is not a good term to use with AC/DC. "Simple" would fit better. :)

But... don't expect "It's gonna be some Rockin" to be THAT easy. ;)

Angus solos are, in fact, one of the hardest to play, in my humble opinion. they are.... groovy... Loose and tight..... Hard to explain... Not to mention the vibrato.

The "easiest" solos I can think of are "Touch too Much", this one (Girls got Rhythm), "Shoot to Thrill" and "Dog Eat Dog" (you only need to pick really fast up and down - XD)

  • I heard the low E string open is supposed to sound the same as the 12th fret. Anyone know if that's true or false?

  • @acdcguy18 Yes and no. If we think of the notes, the 12th fret is the point where the notes start to repeat. So both open or on the 12nd fret are E notes, for example. The thing is: The 12th fret is one octave higher than the open string. So, it's not the same. It's a lot higher in pitch. BUT, when you play, for example, the 12nd fret E string, 7th fret A string or 2nd fret D string. All these three are the same E note. But, there is a difference in terms of brightness (low string = smoother)

  • i finally got the solo.Thanks a lot man :)

  • Loving it, thanks a load mate! See you :-)

    Cheers/ Jonas
