at the beginning it is difficult to mute them and u have to find ur own way and it is a bit difficult to explain but... just try to mute them with the rest of ur fingers, when u play at the g string, u can mute the b and the e string with the lower part with ur finger and the d , a and e string u can mute with ur right hand( but u can solve that problem very easyly, just play clean ;) :D ), just try it out;)
