This is seriously impressive. A lot of damage for a meter-POSITIVE combo. Though truthfully it looks easy to screw up, so it's probably somewhat impractical. Overall it's a very swagger combo.

And then with every patch you'd expect them to be nerfed, but instead everything else gets nerfed and the already-overpowered character gets even stronger.

I got some difficulty hitting the Ammy Glaive ich, ni, san, shi stuff. Do you have to mash it out like in reflector mode, or is there specific timing for it?
@Bmeister42 - I've literally never touched Rocky before, what exactly are you doing in the beginning that is looping. There's no way it's as easy as it looks.
@Boodendorf You can do j.[H] into power slash to end it with shuffle for a bit more damage, but then it isn't meter positive. Okami shuffle does meh damage as well, so it isn't a huge increase (About 50-60k over the 6HHHH ender)
Kk just thought mabey the bolder trap would hit first and then they land on the mad hopper giving it enough time. And the damage wasnt fully scaled so the charged j.Hs would do more damage then what they were doin there
@thePRODIGYm Hitstun is scaled back as far as it can get by that point, and Mad Hopper doesn't have enough stun to let Ammy switch to glaive and get the charged j.Hs (at least as far as I know)
Nemesis Stabil- I mean Rock n' Roll adds significantly more damage by that point
Too sick. I wonder if ending the loop with an SJC'd Log Trap after the final launcher would affect the hitstun scaling. If not, that's potentially more damage.
@OtogiMatsuri If you cut the loop short, then yeah you can do that. I think you get 8 or 9 reps in then do the log trap j.S bear trap super. Problem is, then I don't get a wallbounce for the Ammy extension, so it does less damage overall.
For a solo combo though, it's definitely the way to go.

I love Rocket Raccoon, but it's only now, two months after this game came out that I've really started seeing awesome stuff with him. How do you do the Angel's Gift loop? Is it as simple as hitting it, dashing in, hitting it again, repeat?
@Stammer6 You have to get a ground bounce off the bear trap, lay a boulder trap, wait for it to activate, then dash forward and do launcher and TK a boulder trap off of it, then dash in and repeat. It seems hard at first but once you get the timing down its honestly not too hard to do consistently.
@jhvidst2 Cool, can't wait. I've always been crap at figuring out resets, that's why I try to max my damage as much as possible.
And yeah, this pairing is pretty godlike. Ammy with log trap assist has no blindspots, and it gives her some great combo extensions, Rocky with Cold Star gets easy crossup mixups, and if they block it its a free boulder trap>unblockable.
@Bmeister42 A lot of my setups are similar, the big difference is I've been using Sentinel for it's anti-tech roll properties, but your vid has made me go see if I can work it with Ammy.
But with your team, when your doing 1000k, resets seem less important. What are you doing about the Air-to-Air issue out of curiosity. That's the biggest puzzle I can't really solve with the Coon. I've been using Dante.
@jhvidst2 Resets don't matter as much when I get optimal hitconfirms, but that isn't always possible. I also love me some support supers (Veil of Mist, Spring and Stalking Flare) so I prefer saving meter when I can.
For air to air with rocky I'm mostly just doing sj.S rocket skates down S. Once you get the timing down, you can land a full combo from sj height and the hitbox is amazing (beats Wesker j.S, pizza cutter and wolverine dive if you space it right).

The problem is that Okami Shuffle does crap damage, and you can't really do much to combo into it outside of cancelling the last charged j.H (They flip out of Glaive Chop at that point, and you don't have enough time to charge thunder edge). Because of that, you're basically doing 50k more than the 6HHHH ender, but you're spending meter, so it isn't really worth it.
Ending it with paper>Lv3 earns you a ton of style points though.
@chaserthewolf 10 reps off a standard hitconfirm straight into it. The loop itself will always do decent damage, even when scaled back as much as possible, you just end up hitting a point where hitstun scaling says "No" and they flip out of your launcher.
