Where the hell did the balance tricks at 3:50 come from? That was particularly impressive.

Well I've been fooling around with hand-balance stuff for a while, and I had pretty much done all the stuff throwing from the hand a catching on the hand. So I figured the easiest way for me to make new variations was to catch the balance on another part, and that lead to me doing back of the hand catches and the arm catches. I practiced them for a while, and eventually tried the arm throw to arm catch, and that's where this came from.
