The guy actually did a really good job imputing the text to make it sound like Brook (or Bwook). Pretty Funny. It's actually not really a speech impediment. It would be more accurate to call it an accent. People who grow up speaking Hebrew tend to have a hard time with "r"s when they learn English, much like Japanese.

But what's wrong with a PHD in finance from the University of Texas? I didn't get that. Also, I doubt the guy who made this has a PHD and speaks two languages fluently.
