@CalebsCOOLIEO im also a highschool wrestler i take judo on top of wrestling and that seems to help me too possibly bjj will help you more than muay thai but when it all comes down you wanna be a better wrestler you gotta focus more on wrestling and practicing wrestling, use a type martial art part time to help you out a little bit use that as conditioning, training, mental training and some things you learn will help you in wrestling

@AshRothPhan This is Greco-Roman wrestling, it's an upperbody sport where you can only use your upperbody to throw your opponet, you are penalized if you use your legs (single leg, high crotch) and you must win 2 periods to win the match if you win one and lose the other it goes to a third period. The objective of the bottom wrestler is to not get rolled while the top wrestler wants to expose his back for points.

actually it depends on the type of pin and resistance from the other wrestler. lets say u head&arm him and hes just going limp then it could be 3 seconds, if hes bridging and trying to roll back over then it could be a while. and also depending on style cuz the ref will reset to neutral if u lock hands(folk-style) just sayin
