@gewooneerlijk Hi, thx for stopping by. Everyone has different taste buds, that's why this technique is so flexible. Depends if you like them crunchy. Stir frying means constantly turning your veggies. Hard stem veggies take longer and sometimes need a little steam frying by adding a little water & covering with a lid. Hope this helps.
@kane1559 Frozen veggies take longer to cook than fresh plus exudes water when you stir fry, so they get 'soupy' instead of crispy, crunchy. My tip is to keep your dinner SIMPLE. Stick to 1-2 veggies so less prep & wash, you can even do this ahead of time and put in plastic container so they're ready. Makes world of difference tween fresh and frozen. There are things that don't matter like frozen naan but not veggies because of texture and flavor!
@dumb7890 Apologies, didn't get this message. Well, my website has lots of information so you can get more comfortable with your decision. It's not just a wok, the right technique, seasonings, all help to make you successful .
This is a great example showcasing a simple, quick, easy, healthy, one-dish, weeknight meal. Perfect for busy professionals and moms, also great family activity .
Shrimp is one of 4 stir fry dishes I show in my Wok Star classes if you're in Miami or the complete classes are on a 3-disc set which is part of my Wok Star Kit.

Great video! What is the "p" that you added to the shrimp marinade? Was it red pepper?
ghostrunner 2 years ago
My apologies for not responding earlier. "p" is for pepper, Asians like to use white pepper, gives it more "kick".

Thanks! I'm loving your videos and website and am hoping to be able to buy some of your products soon.
