Commercial property development is the leach on the system. For 20+ years I've seen an enormous amount of EMPTY properties while across the street there's new bldgs going up or new development in areas further from populated areas(cheap land). Your model is bad and is need of a tune up. BILLIONS of sq.ft. of office space sits idle and you continue to finance the construction of more. WHY???? You're disconnected with reality. We don't need retail-office-hotel space, we need our industries back!
