Thanks for your comment, however authentic belly dancers perform in bare feet. She is not authentic at all. The origins of the belly dance was not performed in stupid silver high heel shoes. She looks ridiculous. I cannot understand how you can 'sit more' in heels.

I can never understand why some belly dancers wear high heel shoes. I guess I'm a bit more primal....Don't like the costume at all.

Because pm heels is way easier to dance..and the movements have more "effect" on heels

Without heels to make a movement looking nice and with a big amplitude, the dancer should "sit more" wich is quiet difficult and needs good muscles
