Ok, you guys are being real trolls... First off, it says in the description she/he is trying to breed them, not force them to live together. that is why the water level is low. and of course the female will be stressed! and also, i want to get a betta that looks just like that one! except it has a blue shine on its fins. :)
You can't keep male and female bettas together! Ever! Also, your female is a cambodian, not an albino. She's also pretty stressed out, as you can see by her faded fin color. You need to get her a separate tank.
If you want to breed bettas, you're doing EVERYTHING wrong. Do some research first.
Just to tell you, if you keep them in that container there won't be enough oxygen for the poor bettas. You might also want to put in a plant or something so the male can build a sturdier bubble nest.
I have one of those exact tanks but I only have one fish in there. He's pretty happy with it. Bettas are labyrinth lungs, which means they can breathe air from the surface so they're okay in smaller filterless tanks. I wouldn't go with anything below half a gallon (this tank) though.
By the female is not albino. She's a pink/white cambodian (Body one color, fins another). I have a male just like her. True albinos have red (and often sightless) eyes and no body color.
i got a new female betta and i have 2 males (one blue and one red) and i did the same thing as you but pepsi(blue one) kept like.. swimming to her and biting her and she starts to panic o__o but with cola (red one) they seemed more calm.

He/She probably knows she shouldn't keep them together- he/she said right in the description they were trying to breed them.

You need to educate yourself about how to properly care for a betta.

Cute video! However, your female appears to be cambodian rather than albino. True albinos lack any coloration and will also have red eyes.
