  • putting it behind your head hurts your back. you have to put it on your chest.

  • ortloff, very wrong. putting it in different places works out other parts. putting it behind your head works the best in my opinion, you just have to know how to do it right

  • this is all wrong, your back shouldn't leave the floor, only your shoulder blades should. holding the weight above your stomach doesn't do anything either.
