The true story u decide ghoulish or not. Karen Santorum had been told her child would not survive outside the womb before she got a fever of almost 105. She went into labor at 20 weeks pregnant. She resisted the drug Pitocin then allowed doctors to give it to her. the child lived for 2 hours after it died they slept all night with it between them and brought it home so the children could hold and cuddled it and talk to. They plan to do this before the child was delivered.

Colmes was clearly being a fool by stating they played with the child, and even apologized later for his hurtful remarks.
