That boss on the magma planet always gave me a hard time but only because I seriously sucked at positioning the way Ristar would grab. Up/down/left/right wasn't a problem but I was a retard with the diagonals.

and inonis is very easy scripted.....if u just standing too close to him,he throw bombs.......if at machinegun range,he will shoot with them.............if u stay longer that gun's range,he will use homing balls...........

@robotnikkkk Why would I tool assist a game that's already had a VERY good TAS done by upthorn? I'm not sure if there's a video on Youtube, but it puts me (and any human player) to shame. Although I guess there's no proof, this was played in Fusion, which doesn't even support that stuff anyway. I also like how you think this video is so good it must be tool assisted, but so bad that you could do much better. :p

You have quite a good technique for the bosses (thanks for the lesson on Riho). On the other hand there is a way to do better against awaueck, uranim and ionis :

-For awaueck, when he falls and roll down, you have to hit him just before he fly again, this way he won't fly so high at first and you can hit him the second time with a simple jump.

-For uranim, you have to let the crane fall down, and hit it just when it touches the ground, this way if it get through uranim, he'll take more damage.

Simple, actually. Face left and grab upward to hit the pole, so when Ristar gets knocked "backward" it sends him right back into the pole.

Whoa! If you listen, when the final swing pole appears when greedy and his minions are being sucked into the portal, the appearing pole has the same sound affect as that of turning super/hyper sonic or when Mecha Sonic turns super in sonic 3 & knuckles.

I beat Greedy a couple of times when I got to him, only because I discovered that his laser attack has a weakness to it. If he's about to do it, go to the right side of the screen & move left to avoid the laser. then go right for a bit & go left again as he's about to shoot again. Keep doing this until he stops & then hit him. This is during the sceond pahse of the battle with Greedy.

In the Japanese version, the 5th boss was the mechanical cat you're talking about... They changed him for the English version. Look at his picture in the credits, they forgot to remove the tail there.

That was actually an issue with the Japanese/English version switch. The enemy sprites of the English version were changed to look more "angry" (in the eyes) than the Jap version. The sprite of Riho without the monkey was one they missed.

The Greedy battle could have been done faster. He can be hit when he starts the black hole attack any time. Still, seeing you beat Riho and Auweck that fast is impressive.

Nexus, I don't know what you mean by a double hit... If you mean two hits really quickly, then I couldn't do that in the video because I was unlucky enough to have Awaueck fly up after the first hit each time. As for Greedy's orbs... yeah, I've managed once to hit all six without touching the ground, but you also risk "scatter shot" if the orbs rearrange while you're in the air. Not something I'd recommend on Super mode.

1. double hit auweck when hes off the perch

2.hit 2 of greedys probes before they attack again if theyre positioning is right

Very nice work. I forgot about the boss rush mode. I should give it a try sometime. I never seen the bird boss use that diving move so many times lol. I also never seen the second to last boss use the laser beam attack so much. But you handled it with ease. Awesome job!
