  • Everyone who is looking at my comment now I just have to say i absolutely love exercise and fitness and you should all love it is well because it makes you feel GREAT. I do an hour workout before school and 2 n a half hour workout after school and I do gym jogging weights ab workouts and most important I have a strict diet :)

    I dont mean to be racist or anything, why is it that most Indians (from India) go to the gym doing 30% of mild training and 70% of doing nothing and watching ladies train.

    I really apologize but this is based on my experience. There are about 10 Indians guys and all ten of them are the same. What made me really angry is when two of them complained the trainer to the manager saying that his methods are no-effect and just waste of time.

  • Hi MJ, This is only the warm-up part of this video. It is actually an hour long and there is much more substance to it. There are burpees and mountain climbers included during the workout :)

  • kinda simple.. nothign advanced to this thats for sure haha.. seems kinda easy.. its pretty much just jumping jacks high knees and squats... with some kicks and punches thrown in once and awhile

  • 3 times a week is a great start. You can work up to 4-5 times a week but you want to allow a few days for rest and recovery.

  • speaking as someone who has done this workout too many times to count....this workout will kick you into the best shape of your life and ANYONE can do. If you cant do the whole workout the first time its okay. I was a scrawny 13 year old kid and now i've been a regular for five years.....AWESOME CLASS!!! Anthony you're the man

  • How much reps you do of each exercise?

  • There isn't a set number of reps. Anthony, the Instructor, will sometimes go by a time amount or just use his judgment when it's time to switch things up. You will definitely be burning when it's time, that's a good indicator. Hope that helps...

  • We try to listen to all music to find something for everyone...so this is just a mixture of popular music and a few compilations.
