  • Damn how can such a nice, humble, talented man be taken away from us, to anyone who has been to a Ronnie James Dio concert, or had the chance of seeing him, count yourselves very lucky, I sadly got to know this guy a little too late,

  • I was fortunate to meet Ronnie backstage during the Lock Up The Wolves tour. He was THE nicest guy I had ever met in music and other wise...sooo caring sooo kind...RIP RJD!!! I miss you!

  • 'Bah humbug' Haha

  • This is sad, hearing him talk about the future he'll never get. xmas eve and all, by that time Dio was already diagnosed with cancer. :(

RIP! :( May he live on through his music. Heaven and hell will stay one of my favorite metalsongs.

  • @Yorda27 this was last year, so he did get it

  • @rgjmce666 Ya, celebrating Xmas and newyear while you know you have cancer... He had plans to make more music and tour. That, he could never accomplish.

  • @Yorda27 yeah i know that but at least he lived to have another xmas

  • I think God may be trying to reform the classic Rainbow line up..he's got Cozy, now Ronnie...look out Ritchie !!

  • RIP ,i never thought i would be this sad..........................

    YOU ROCK!!!

  • Love ya DIO! R.I.P.

  • Im so glad that i seen dio with heaven and hell in 2008 and in 2009. both shows roccked and Dio was kool as hell

  • @smithdsmit i was one of the unlucky ones who missed out, heaven and hell were supposed to support iron maiden in dublin but now it's such a shame that it won't happen. If it sounds like i'm complaining, i'm not. I still have all of his music to listen to :)

  • RIP!!!

  • I have a profound respect for this guy. Get well soon, only the first 100 years are difficult the one that follows are a piece of cake. See you at Sonisphere

  • get well ronnie you are a gem of a human being mate.

  • I was going to see his show in England in Nov which he is mentioning to in this video. Ronnie, you are always in my thought and prayer. Take time and enough rest, but I can't wait until you'll be back to the stage! You are GOD.

  • I love him too!

  • Ronnie you're the Best! I know you'll slay this Cancer Dragon!

So happy I got to see you the night before this in Boston!

    \,,/LONG LIVE DIO\,,/

  • how the fuck can this man be 67!!!??? omg, he looks more like 50

  • Dio is the man!! Ozzy is a piece of shit!!

  • I wouldn't really say that...Dio has just held up a lot better.

  • Ozzy is but man and Dio is a god. YOu can not compare the two. Ozzy Always uses 100% and Dio uses .00000000000000001% He has to otherwise any more might make a hu mans heart explode. Dio is just too powerful and isn't fair to compare Ozzy to someone as Great and Grand as Dio
