Peace is a decision within the individual. Once an individual has peace they can spread peace to others. Transcending thought, all thought, is key for peace to emerge from within. Underlying all of our opinions, judgments and conflicts is pure stillness. thats where peace comes from. No legislation, war or religious movement will ever create peace. It already exists and it must emerge from within
I'm all for peace, but you have to be skeptical of these claims. It looks immediately to me like pseudoscience. We don't know enough about consciousness to model this phenomenon with precise definitions and understanding, and I very highly doubt any of these findings are publishable in peer reviewed scientific journals. Peace is an inherently subjective term, and trying to quantify it takes precision and scientific responsibility. In short, sounds nice but probably isn't true.
i wonder why inspiring videos like this one aren't broadcasted through mainstream media, maybe possibly because the same people who manipulate mainstream media also own department of defense and they'd lose too much money if nobody wanted to kill each other anymore. btw great video!

Also note that neurons in the brain are much to large to see any sort of quantum mechanical effects.
