Thank you! I'm one of those people who's had this problem with stage-anxiety. I appreciate that you understand this and have come up with ways to deal with it. I don't think people realize how important the music is to a guitarist, and how much he or she wants to say and to project with the guitar; and this desire is where much of the anxiety comes from.

I think that music teachers, especially in the West, generally speaking, spend far too little time and instruction on the mental aspects which should form an integral part of your practice time.
