@lovenconsciousness Watermelon rind can actually be pickled like cucumbers. Very CRUNCHY I'm told. As for the best and sweetest part of the watermelon what I did was sliced it 1 inch thick and put it in the dehydrator and they dried down like fruit chips - very good and smell like jolly rancher watermelon candy!
