  • Jim Crow Law for The Blind:

"The board of trustees shall...maintain a separate building...on separate ground for the admission, care, instruction, and support of all blind persons of the colored or black race. Louisiana"

Dumbest shit ever. Like they can see each other....

  • Good video.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • But you have remember that back then the Democrats= Modern Republicans and Republicans back than= Modern Democrats. Its sort off backwards

  • @LoveFreckles17 Yeah, that's crazy. I'm still wondering how they changed.

  • And who made every single racist law that ever existed in the US... THE DEMOCRATS!

Who fought to end slavery and give EVERY ONE equal rights based on their conservative beliefs of "All men are created equal... THE REPUBLICANS.

Every one like to try to make fun of Republicans by calling them the party of No but they fail to remember it all started with a NO to slavery.

  • 20 years from now, whites will be the minority in this country. I can't wait for that time to come. Many of the kids I teach, as well as their parents, are mixed races. It's awesome and beautiful. The problem with racism in this country is that most people don't understand the history, the economics, or the psychology(both individual and collective) of racism.

  • I also cannot wait for that day to come, but I don't pray or wish for it. Maybe the country will stop being so center-right in the economic, political, and cultural views in regards to policy. I would like to see blacks drift away from the Democratic Party. Of course, we shouldn't join the Republican Party. I believe blacks are social libertarians: progressive on education and foreign policy, but moderate/conservative on cultural issues.

  • @MrBeefinjection I JUST wrote an essay on this! The problem is that it's so ingrained and rooted in this country that racists don't really know why they're racist, and those who experience racism don't really know why they're experiencing it. People need to stop ignoring the past, because the outcome of the past is slapping us in the face everyday.

  • Whites are the new Blacks

  • @Nefus1988 Im black myself..But I stioll believe that this is a white mans world no matter what.Black president or not not. This will always be a white mans world. And to say white is the new blavck is wrong in everyway. They are not getting treated the way we did honestly. It does not even compare.

  • @Thesistahs4lyfe,you're right.I agree with you 100%.

  • @Nefus1988 Never in a million years buddy. This is a white man's world (especially the U.S.). White Supremacy runs this country, so whites don't have to worry about being judged as inferior, because we live in a world where white is always right.

  • @KatarraParson Have you lived under a stone the last 60 years or are you mentally retarded?

  • @KatarraParson This is a white man's country, but just barely and no longer his world. The Asians are taking over but as far as you mention on whites no having to wworry about being judged inferior is true and I agree 100% until lately, since the Asians are taking position. As far as racism being introduced, in history, racism was created to segregate the poor against the planters (1%), and it was done easily because its easy to learn how to hate someone. Just give a reason, no matter how dumb.

  • @MrOmeMan

We still have Jim Crow Laws and Black Codes. Do you think it's a coincidence that the War on Drugs started after minorities were granted rights? The new Jim Crow is " we don't hire anyone with a criminal history". The strategy is to criminalize poor desperate people so that the country can remain segregated. Another example is the way immigrants are criminalized.

  • We just finished watching part 1 of a jim crow documentary at school. Its horrible that they used to do these things...

Anyone who disagrees with me, Please reply to me... Telling me why you wouldn't agree? Give me a good reason too. Tell me what we did wrong... Tell me the reason. Don't give me hate. Give me an accurate reason on why we were once treated like this.

  • @premadonna17 money and the persute of wealth... oh and a deep ruted ignorence. those two reasons are why you and others were treated like this. A betaen worker needs less, but a healthy fighting worker will ask for more... a lesson learnt in medievil europe. (england)

  • @ravenshireful How selfish.

  • @premadonna17 Greed and ignorance... plain and simple... Ignorant whites who wanted to profit off the work and sweat of blacks. I'm glad I wasnt alive to witness any of these horrors... we still have a long way to go in our country towards equality but videos and writings like this show us how far we have come...

  • @luveraaab WERD UP

  • @luveraaab That's nonsense.....whether you agree with them or not, they are protesting at what they think is Government exceeding their constuitutional powers and claiming authorities which the Constituion does not grant them..whether they're correct or not, their protest has nothing to do with race. The problems they are addressing were equally prevalent in the Bush administration.

  • horrible rules

  • @plotter44

Until they realize that they are being used by wealth elite as an exploited labor force

  • Socalled blacks are Indigenous Americans. We were inslaved on our villages and our villages were turned into plantations etc.

  • @ASKIAOTA YES INDEED.

  • still happening

  • @chileplease1 Why Obama. Why give a 'token' so much power? Any can make it if they try!

  • @chileplease1 bullshit. im white and im fightin the new racism. weirdism.
